"Throw out your nets for a catch!" (Lk 5,4)
... help us to build a Catholic network ...

Visitor number:         -       As of 30th March 2001

St Joseph, you are the chaste and loving spouse of the Virgin Mary, the foster father of Jesus, the provider and protector of the Holy Family and all families.  We have complete confidence in your loving care for life and in the fidelity to the family.   Despise not our prayer but graciously hear us.  Amen.

Is  the Internet " capable of  spreading the message"??

Or  is it  a  playground for "off-beat birds" and dubious  offers ...?
When  Jesus Christ sent his Apostles and disciples to preach the message of the Kingdom of God, he told them to  go to  all people and therefore told them to go to the whole world (see Matthew 28.19).   We believe that this is also the "World of the Internet". If Christians are not represented here on the Internet, others will take their place and will effect the education and  also the  'dis-education' of people.

It is not a question of erecting a "Catholic ghetto" on  the  Internet, because the goal of a Catholic presence in the media is one of a missionary kind, and  aims, at the same  time, for an open dialogue  with all power centres in society: "Test everything and retain the good!"  (I Thessalonians 5.21).    God is present and concealed in the hearts of humans and works even before God's  word is preached.    The Gospel  does not estrange  humans from themselves  but fulfils  their deepest longings and expectations, in an unsurpassable manner!

We ask that the matter  of a Catholic presence on the Internet be the  subject of the special intecession of  the most  important Catholic press and broadcasting  pioneer,  Saint Father Maximillian Kolbe.  On 14.08.1996 (Commemoration of St Maximillian  Kolbe),  we went live on the Internet for the first time.
